Marlon M. Demeritt, OD, MBA
Consultant & Author

Dr. Demeritt is an optometrist as well as a consultant and author. He graduated from optometry school in 2004,  and completed a hospital-based residency at the Malcom Randall VA Hospital in affiliation with University of Florida Department of Ophthalmology. He has worked extensively with ophthalmologist in various settings, such as refractive centers, and in practices with cornea, cataract, glaucoma and retinal specialists.  After several years in clinical practice, he decided to learn more about business, management and leadership, so he pursued an MBA with a concentration in management. He completed the requirements for the MBA with a concentration in management in 2015 and he completed the requirements for a graduate certificate in human resources management in 2022.
